Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active aplado account. aplado operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Anti-Money Laundering laws of the Philippines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time aplado deems appropriate.
aplado accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional methods may be made available or removed at aplado's discretion.
All deposits must be made by the account holder using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. All transactions on the aplado Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). aplado does not apply currency conversion charges. The amount displayed in your wallet is the amount that will be transacted.
You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. aplado complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. Any deposits suspected of being proceeds of illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant funds frozen pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in the Platform or any of its content.

By registering an aplado account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

In the event of a dispute between you and aplado, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. aplado will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 10 business days of receipt of a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process where the subject matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction. For matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
